Coach Terms

Version 0.1-draft · Last updated October 19, 2026

Draft — not final. This document is awaiting founder confirmation and attorney review. It is not yet a final legal policy.

Extra terms for college coaches using NextLevel.

Who can be a coach

You must be current coaching staff at a college program. You provide your name, institution, role, work email and a photo ID.

Choosing Coach is not verification

Your recruiting tools stay locked until a NextLevel administrator verifies your identity, institution and role. Accepting these terms does not verify you or unlock anything.

What verification means

A limited review of the information and documents you submit. It is not a background check and does not guarantee conduct.

Using athlete information

  • Use it only for legitimate recruiting at your institution.
  • Respect each athlete's privacy settings and access decisions; revoked means revoked.
  • Don't scrape, export, share, sell or redistribute it.
  • Follow your institution's and governing body's recruiting rules.

Contact

  • Contact athletes only after they approve your access.
  • No harassment, pressure or inappropriate contact. High-school athletes' parents can read your messages.

Monitoring and enforcement

Profile views and access activity are logged. Violations can lead to loss of verification, suspension or account closure, and may be reported to your institution.

Needs review: Attorney to review institution-notification language.
