Draft — not final. This document is awaiting founder confirmation and attorney review. It is not yet a final legal policy.

The rules for using NextLevel.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 to create an athlete account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.

Needs review: Attorney to advise on minors' capacity to agree and any parental agreement needed.

Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One person per account; do not share or sell accounts.

Not allowed

  • Impersonating anyone or misrepresenting your school or role.
  • Entering fabricated or exaggerated stats, measurables or grades.
  • Harassing, threatening or pressuring anyone.
  • Copying, scraping, selling or redistributing athlete information.
  • Trying to get around privacy settings, access approvals or verification.

Your content

You own what you add. You give NextLevel permission to store, display and share it only as your settings allow and as needed to run the service.

Coach verification

NextLevel staff review coach identity and affiliation before coaches can see protected information. Verification is a limited check and is not a guarantee of anyone's conduct.

Privacy controls

Athletes control discovery and category access, can approve or decline requests, and can revoke access at any time.

No promises about recruiting

NextLevel does not promise scholarships, roster spots, offers or any recruiting result, and does not determine NCAA, NAIA or NJCAA eligibility. Always confirm eligibility with your school's compliance office and the governing body.

Reports, suspension and termination

We may review reports, hide profiles, suspend accounts or end access for violations of these terms or the Community and Safety Rules.

Service availability

The service is provided as available and may change or be interrupted.

Liability, disputes and governing law

[To be drafted by counsel.]

Needs review: Attorney to draft liability limits, dispute resolution and governing law. Nothing here waives rights that cannot legally be waived.

Deletion

You can request account deletion. Some records may be kept where needed for security, legal obligations or disputes — see the Data Deletion Policy.

Changes

We'll update the version and date above when these terms change.
