Data Deletion Policy

Version 0.1-draft · Last updated October 19, 2026

Draft — not final. This document is awaiting founder confirmation and attorney review. It is not yet a final legal policy.

How to ask NextLevel to delete your account, and what happens to your information.

How to request

Sign in and open Account & data, then submit a deletion request. If you can't sign in, use “Forgot password” to recover the account first, or email privacy@nextlevelnetwork.net from the address on the account.

Verifying it's you

Requests made while signed in are tied to that account. Email requests are only acted on when sent from the account's email address. We don't ask for ID documents to process a deletion.

Review

Deletion is not automatic. A NextLevel administrator reviews each request. You'll see the status in Account & data: Submitted, Under review, Approved, Rejected or Completed. You can withdraw a request before it's approved. The account is not deleted until the status says Completed.

What's handled after approval

  • Account, profile and preferences.
  • Uploaded film links, photos and documents in storage.
  • Guardian links and open invitations involving your account are ended.
  • Coach access grants are revoked and pending access requests are closed.
  • Coach board items, watchlists and saved searches belonging to a deleted coach.

Linked accounts

  • Only the account holder can request deletion of their own account.
  • A guardian's request ends the guardian's link but does not delete the athlete's account.
  • An athlete's request ends guardian links but does not delete the guardian's own account.

What may be kept

Some records may be kept where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or dispute handling — for example audit records and misconduct reports.

Needs review: Founder and attorney to define what is retained and for how long, and how long backups keep deleted data before they expire.

Timing

We don't yet promise a deletion deadline.

Needs review: Founder and counsel to set a feasible deadline.
