Draft — not final. This document is awaiting founder confirmation and attorney review. It is not yet a final legal policy.
How everyone on NextLevel is expected to behave, and how to report a problem.
Respect
- No harassment, bullying, threats or discrimination.
- No sexual, coercive or inappropriate contact with anyone — especially minors.
Be real
- No fake profiles or impersonation.
- No fabricated athletic or academic information.
Protect athlete information
- No scraping, copying or redistributing profiles.
- No sharing athlete information outside a legitimate recruiting purpose.
- No attempts to get around privacy settings or access approvals.
Contact with minors
Coaches may only contact athletes through NextLevel after the athlete approves access. Parents or guardians of high-school athletes can read those message threads.
Needs review: Attorney and founder to consider further restrictions on adult–minor contact.
How to report
Use the Report button on a profile, or email safety@nextlevelnetwork.net. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services — NextLevel is not an emergency service and is not monitored around the clock.
What happens next
A NextLevel administrator reviews reports. Actions can include a warning, hiding a profile, removing content, suspension or closing an account.
